User's Guideline

Operational Administrator
The Japan Water Forum (JWF) serves as operational administrator, to operate the system and maintain the security of the "World Sanitation Project Map"(Sanimap). The JWF determines on its own whether the information requested is registered or not, and can unilaterally reject posting (publication) information, depending on its contents.

Prohibited Conduct
The following acts are prohibited:
1. Acts that violate privacy
2. Acts that are libelous to a specific individual or organization
3. Acts that offend public order and morals
4. Acts for commercial purposes
5. Criminal acts
6. Illicit access to websites
7. Acts that damages or disadvantages the JWF and the Water Web Alliance (WWA)
8. Other acts the JWF considers inappropriate

Policy of posting (publication) of registered requested information
The JWF, the operational administrator of the system, can unilaterally reject a request for posting (publication) of information made through the Sanimap when:

• The information conflicts with the prohibition clause(s)
• The information is judged not appropriate to the contents of this system

Please note that information of this kind may be rejected to be posted on the site. Please also note that all information registered through the Sanimap shall be posted on the site.
In addition, the registrant has the sole responsibility for his posted information, thus, the JWF & the WWA are exempt from any liability for any damage caused by the contents of such information.

Copyright
Copyrights of registrants (Original copyrights of posted information in case that they are quoted from any other sources) are protected concerning the contents of information registered through the Sanimap. The JWF & the WWA are allowed to introduce or quote such information to any media other than this web site without giving a notice to the registrant(s). Please note that any user of the Sanimap cannot reproduce or post the registered information without prior notice.

The JWF & the WWA do not bear responsibility for any form of loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the Sanimap. Moreover, the JWF & the WWA do not bear any responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage inflicted upon a third party, based on information obtained by users of the Sanimap.

The JWF shall appropriately manage and protect the information collected through the Sanimap.
